We were so lucky to be introduced to St Petersburg from Natalie. She was a breath of fresh air and a total professional. She makes a totally new experience feel like a visit with an old friend. You almost enjoy being with her as much as being in this beautiful city. She is very knowledgeable in history, art, culture and what's new, hip and essential to getting around. We spent 3 days with her and we left feeling like we had not only fallen in love with the place, but made a new friend. We would definitely recommend her to anyone travelling to St Petersburg and use her again if we return-which we hope we do.

Natalie was our guide in St. Petersburg 3 years ago. The best guide we could have had! She spoke English perfectly (we couldn't believe she is Russian). She took us to every important places we could visit and explained everything very well, also giving us tips and tricks to what to do in our free time. She was very friendly and openminded. If I'll ever return to St Pete I will surely contact her again!
I first met Natalie in 2005 on my first visit to St Petersburg. I had a three hour walking tour with Natalie on a very warm summers day. I really enjoyed the tour, Natalie was amazingly knowledgeable on all the sites we visited. I remember in the Hermitage I could not believe she could speak about all the paintings, so as we walked from room to room she pointed out several paintings and commented on them. So I took Natalie back to one room and pointed to the smallest painting in a corner that I could find, yes, she knew exactly what it was and spoke about it :-) Since then I have visited St Petersburg 14 more times the most recent was in 2014, 10 times were holidays and Natalie of course gave me tours. Every time, she was perfect. Four were business events but in one of these I had a very important meeting with a senior Gasprom Neft manager and Natalie assisted me with this. I could write all day about Natalie's merits but my words would not even come close to conveying how pleasant, honest, prompt and knowledgeable Natalie is... So, In all the advertising for St Petersburg they omit to tell people this, if you want the best experience in the best city in the world then contact Natalie, she's the best :-) regards Kieran

Natalya helped my friends and I have an awesome time is St. Pete. She knows all the best ways to get tickets for everything, and many times when we changed our schedule she was very accommodating and professional.
